- Lean by design We collect only what keeps Out TV reliable. The app does not follow your location or fingerprint your device for targeted advertising.

This document applies to the Out TV iOS application distributed through the app store and the informational pages hosted on this domain. It governs anyone who installs the app or reads content here.
Information the app uses
Out TV does not require your legal name, email, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment details to function.
Sessions you complete, programs you save, and personal notes about form or recovery remain on your phone. Your training history is not uploaded to our servers for analytics, profiling, or resale.
When the app loads shared content — onboarding screens, exercise prompts, recovery tips — it may request public endpoints on this site. Those responses carry generic copy only; nothing from your private training log is ever sent back.
Device permissions
Out TV may request notification access so you can receive reminders for scheduled workouts or rest-day alerts you chose to enable.
Camera or photo library access appears only when you attach a progress photo or save a form-check clip. Microphone, contacts, and precise location are not requested unless a future version clearly needs them and this policy is updated accordingly.
Basic storage and network permissions let the app run and fetch optional template updates. Crash reports routed through the platform store follow that store's own privacy rules.
Third-party services
Hosting infrastructure keeps this policy page and public API routes available. Providers may retain server logs for security and uptime under their separate privacy terms.
If we add analytics or support tools later, each partner will be named here and data sharing will be limited to what they need to operate.
Age requirement
Out TV is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal details from children. If a minor entered data by mistake, contact us through the app store support channel and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention and security
Your workouts, programs, and progress notes stay under your control on your device. Delete individual entries inside the app or uninstall to clear local storage entirely.
We apply reasonable safeguards to pages and server-side components we operate. No system is perfectly secure — treat deeply personal health reflections with the same care you would a private training diary.
Your choices
You may stop using Out TV at any time. Disable notifications or revoke optional permissions in iOS Settings for a quieter experience.
